Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I watched a 360 video and was inspired to find the marketers in the field. I found very few and thought that needed to change.

So I decided that I could help make that change happen:

  • To be a marketer for XR
  • To empower marketers outside of the industry to use the technology

None of us can achieve success without some adversity along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story about that?

I’m grateful to Cathy Hackl for reaching out to me saying, “Do you want to write a book with me?”

What are your “5 Leadership Lessons I Learned From My Experience” and why?

  1. Try New Things. Don’t be afraid to try something new, even if it scares you
  2. Keep Learning. Read constantly and consistently, even on topics outside your industry or expertise
  3. Meet People. Network, network, network
  4. Ask Questions. Figure out what everyone else’s goals and objectives are first, if at all, possible
  5. Just Keep Going. Sometimes you don’t have the answer nor know where to look for it, but, if you keep at it, eventually that answer will come.

Favorite “Life Lesson Quote”

“Why should [your client/your target] care?”

It’s good to ask “Why should [your client/your target] care?”

Often people are so wrapped up in their own company and solutions that they forget that the people receiving your company’s pitch or the people who are reading your website don’t care as much as you do about your company. You need to make it really obvious and distinctive as to why they should care.

Is there a person in the world whom you would love to have a private breakfast or lunch with, and why?

There are so many! Amy Webb of the Future Today Institute, Simon Sinek, Scott Belsky of Adobe. I would love to learn from them and gain insights into their fields of expertise.
