What are your “5 Leadership Lessons I Learned From My Experience” and why?
- Try New Things. Don’t be afraid to try something new, even if it scares you
- Keep Learning. Read constantly and consistently, even on topics outside your industry or expertise
- Meet People. Network, network, network
- Ask Questions. Figure out what everyone else’s goals and objectives are first, if at all, possible
- Just Keep Going. Sometimes you don’t have the answer nor know where to look for it, but, if you keep at it, eventually that answer will come.
